Ommmmm...cross your legs and get ready for some deep relaxation. Recently I have been finding myself zoning out during conversations and not feeling super present. I have decided that this week is the perfect time to meditate! I am going to start every night sitting on my bed and meditating for 15 minutes. At first, it was terrible. I could not think about anything except that I needed to stop thinking and by the time the 15 minutes were up I was like… was that it?
